#SS30Under30: Where the next big names get their first spotlight

Over the years, #SS30Under30 has featured individuals who went on to build agencies, lead iconic brands, and influence how India thinks about creativity and culture. Now it’s time to recognise the next wave. We are thrilled to announce nominations for the seventh edition of #SS30Under30, to recognise and celebrate the next generation of rising stars.

Founders and industry leaders like Akshay Gurnani (Schbang), Gautam Reghunath (Talented), Gaurav Arora (Social Panga), Kevin Lee (Yuvaa) and Chandni Shah (FCB Kinnect) have been recognised as past #SS30Under30 winners. 

Joining them are Pranav Agarwal and Raghav Bagai (Sociowash), Rajni Daswani (SoCheers), Sahil Shah (Dentsu Creative) and Shrenik Gandhi (White Rivers Media), each known for building brands and culture through breakthrough campaigns and bold thinking. 

Notable marketers also on the list include Abhishek Kumar (Alienkind), Sharan Pillai (ex-Flipkart), Apoorva Sharma (Mars), and Paloma Sharma (FicusBridge), who have brought fresh, audience-first perspectives to the adland.

This year’s cohort sits at a unique crossroads, among the last Millennials still eligible for the list and the early Gen Z leaders stepping into the spotlight. They will bring new experiences, fresh thinking, and cultural fluency that will drive change across the board.
