Minister Panwar orders FIR against One City builder

Haryana Minister for Development and Panchayat and Mines and Geology Krishan Lal Panwar has ordered the registration of an FIR against a builder on the basis of a complaint lodged by a resident.

The minister passed the said orders after hearing a complaint against the builder of One City lodged by Rajkumar, a resident of Hisar district, during the monthly meeting of the District Public Relations and Grievances Committee in Rohtak on Wednesday.

The minister also ordered that a committee headed by the Rohtak Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Narendra Kumar would inquire into the charges of wrong eye surgery at the local PGIMS.

A resident had alleged that a wrong cataract surgery was performed on him at the PGIMS.

Hearing the complaint of Yashveer Rathi and others, Panwar directed the management of Omaxe City to deposit the bank loan guarantee amount of Rs 5 crore within a month.

He warned that if the said amount was not deposited within the stipulated time, an FIR would be lodged and strict legal action taken against the builder.

The minister told the officials concerned to ensure the removal of the remaining encroachments removed from Rithal Narwal village by the next meeting.

Hearing the complaint of Baland Sarpanch Nitin, Panwar directed the Regional Officer of Haryana State Pollution Control Board to take samples from a local factory (against which the complaint has been made) for five consecutive days and submit the investigation report.
