Who can avail the benefits of the scheme?

Under this scheme, those families of EWS (economically weaker section), LIG ​​(low income group) and HIG (middle income group) can apply who do not already have a pucca house in the country. Eligibility is as follows:

  • EWS: Annual income up to ₹3 lakh
  • LIG: Annual income up to ₹6 lakh
  • HIG: Annual income up to ₹9 lakh

If a person has availed the benefits of any housing scheme of the central or state government in the last 20 years, then he will not be eligible for this scheme.

Who will get priority in the scheme?
