Onward Workspaces Rolls Out ₹20 Cr, 1.2 Lakh Sq. Ft Expansion in Delhi NCR

Driven by rising demand for future-ready offices, the flex space disruptor will launch four new centres across Udyog Vihar, Connaught Place, Okhla III, and Noida to fuel enterprise-grade innovation Delhi NCR, July 2025: Onward Workspaces, a leading player in co-working, managed office spaces, and virtual offices, has unveiled its ambitious expansion blueprint for the Delhi NCR region. With an investment commitment of ₹20 crore, the company is poised to add 1.2 lakh sq. ft to its portfolio, launching five premium centres in key commercial hotspots: Udyog Vihar (60,000 sq. ft), two centres in Connaught Place (25,000 sq. ft), Okhla Phase III (15,000 sq. ft), and Noida Sector 126 (24,000 sq. ft).

As demand for premium flex offices are on the rise, Onward’s expansion will cover four next-Gen Green-Certified centres across Udyog Vihar, Noida, Okhla, and Connaught Place — blending sustainability with Grade A infrastructure and a heritage twist.

This strategic expansion underscores Onward Workspaces’ vision of powering modern businesses through bespoke, flexible office solutions designed to elevate both productivity and presence.

Currently managing approximately 2,00,000 sq. ft. across 4,000 seats, the additional 120,000 sq. ft. will scale the company’s footprint to nearly 6,000 seats, reinforcing its position as a go-to partner for enterprises ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies.

Marquee names such as Sage Publications, Nuvama Capital, and TVS Supply Chain Solutions are already anchoring Onward’s new spaces, signalling the rising demand for future-ready, tailor-made workspaces that deliver both agility and brand-enhancing infrastructure.
