- Allotment Letter issued during counselling
- Mark sheets and certificates of the qualifying examination
- Character Certificate from the last institution attended

What's Next?
From July 4 to July 6, the first counselling session for 2025 will take place. Candidates must use this time to access the portal, select the Freeze or Float option, and pay the online counselling charge and security deposit. For document verification, candidates who select the Freeze option must visit their local Help Centres between July 4 and July 7 (up to 6 PM).
On July 8, 2025, candidates may opt out of the Round 1 seat distribution. The window for Round 2 choice filling will open on July 9 and run through July 11. On July 12, 2025, the results of the Round 2 seat allocation will be made public. The tentative date for the release of the Round 3 seat allocation outcome is July 21, 2025.
