Who is Soham Parekh, the Indian developer who worked in at least 5 startups at the same time?

A major controversy erupted after Suhail Doshi, an entrepreneur, put out a post on X on Wednesday, warning people about a techie named Soham Parekh.
His post said, “PSA: there’s a guy named Soham Parekh (in India) who works at 3–4 startups at the same time. He’s been preying on YC companies and more. Beware.”
“I fired this guy in his first week and told him to stop lying/ scamming people," he said.
Doshi's accusations came after he found that Parekh was working in another startup at the same time. Parekh, in his CV, has claimed to have worked in Dynamo AI, Union AI, Synthesia, and Alan AI.
His tweet sparked a storm on the Internet with other entrepreneurs sharing their experiences in hiring Parekh. Flo Crivello, founder of Lindy, stated that Parekh was fired today morning. If it was not for Suhail, who warned about him.
Soham Parekh is being accused of faking his resume and using multiple identities for a job. His CV mentions that he completed his Bachelor's at the University of Mumbai and then a Master's from Georgia Institute of Technology. The authenticity of this information cannot be verified.
In total, five startup company owners have tweeted about him and said that Parekh was good in his interviews and was liked by everyone.
Soham has not reached out publicly, but connected with Suhail, asking if he messed up his career.
Suhail shared this as a tweet, “Asking this as genuine advice since I do really love what I do, have I completely sabotaged my career? What can I do to improve my situation? I am also happy to come clean”
Social media had a field day with some wondering how he passed the interviews without going through a thorough background check. Some others made this into a meme- ‘Soham Gate.’
Some users criticized Parekh for his unethical behaviour, while some defended him for reasons like lower pay, burnout, etc.
