Bihar woman kills husband 45 days after marriage over affair with 52-year-old uncle

A shocking incident has come to light from Aurangabad district of Bihar, where a newly married woman along with her uncle got her own husband killed.

The deceased has been identified as Priyanshu Kumar Singh (24 years), who was murdered near Navinagar railway station on the night of June 24, just 45 days after his marriage.

In the initial investigation, it seemed like a case of contract killing, but the truth that came out from the call details and interrogation shocked everyone.

Police said that the deceased’s wife Gunja Singh had been in an illicit relationship with her uncle Jeevan Singh (52 years) for a long time. However, under family pressure, Gunja was married to Priyanshi in May, but she could not forget her lover.

Gunja and Jeevan Singh together hatched a conspiracy to eliminate Priyanshi. For this, Jeevan Singh took the help of two shooters Jaishankar Choubey and Mukesh Sharma from Garhwa district of Jharkhand.

Priyanshi had called Gunja on the night of June 24 and told her location. Gunja immediately gave this information to Jeevan Singh, and then the shooters reached the spot and shot Priyanshi.

The police have arrested Gunja on the basis of call recording and technical evidence. She has confessed her crime during interrogation.

At present, the key conspirator Jeevan Singh is absconding and his search underway.
