After completing her acting studies from NSD, the real struggle of the actress started in Mumbai. She used to live in a small house in Mumbai and kept looking for work. Initially, she used to get mostly the roles of a maid and she was fed up with these clichéd roles. Due to this, she stayed away from cinema for two years.
Then she got a big break
In the popular family drama series Gullak (2019), she got the role of Bittu’s mother and then the very next year in 2020, she was seen in the role of Kranti Devi in the first season of Panchayat.
