200 vacant posts at Jat society institutions to be filled soon: Chief

The Jat Education Society is set to begin the recruitment process for vacant teaching and non-teaching posts at three government-aided institutions of the society soon. The society plans to carry out the process with assistance from the state government.

Gulab Singh Dimana, president of the society, said while interacting with mediapersons here. He said that 200 posts of teachers and non-teaching employees were lying vacant in three higher institutes of the society.

He said the society management was committed to modernising its institutions by introducing job-oriented courses, constructing new academic buildings and renovation of Sir Chhotu Ram’s samadhi sthal. Improving the academic infrastructure remained a core focus.

“Over the past year, we have completed several development projects while the work is underway to upgrade the cricket stadium, creation of a shooting range, strengthening of security systems and the renovation of sports grounds—all made possible through strong community support,” Dimana said.

He also expressed concern over declining enrolments in the two schools operated by the society and emphasised that special efforts were being made to restore their standing and reputation.

“New employment-oriented academic programmes will be introduced from the current session across multiple institutions, including Jat College, Maharani Kishori Girls College, Chhotu Ram Law College, Chhotu Ram Polytechnic, and the Matu Ram Institute of Engineering and Management,” Dimana added.
