Honorarium Hike: Government increased the honorarium allowance from 30 thousand to 80 thousand rupees, these people will get the benefit, order issued

The Himachal government has increased the monthly honorarium of the chairman and vice chairman of the corporation and board from Rs 30,000 to Rs 80,000. Now each chairman and vice chairman will get Rs 1.11 lakh per month as honorarium.

Honorarium Hike: On one hand, the havoc of monsoon continues in Himachal Pradesh. Due to cloudburst, heavy rains and landslides, life has been completely disrupted, there is devastation in many districts. The economy has been shaken. On the other hand, the Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government has made a huge increase in the honorarium and allowances of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Public Sector Undertakings i.e. Corporation-Board amidst the disaster.

The Finance Department has also issued orders in this regard. The state government has increased the honorarium of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Corporations and Boards by Rs 50 thousand. Now they will get an honorarium of Rs 80 thousand per month. Earlier, the Chairman and Vice Chairman used to get an honorarium of Rs 30 thousand. Apart from this, allowances have also been increased.

Know how much salary-allowance will be given now?

The state government has increased the honorarium of the chairmen and vice-chairmen of corporations and boards from 30 thousand to 80 thousand rupees per month. Along with this, 25 thousand house rent (HRA), 3500 rupees hospitality allowance, 2500 rupees vehicle allowance and 900 rupees telephone allowance will also be given monthly.

Earlier, the chairmen and vice-chairmen were given 30 thousand honorarium, 250 rupees as daily allowance within the state and 400 rupees outside. Now each chairperson and vice-chairman will receive Rs 1.11 lakh per month.

The Finance Department of the State Government has changed the norms and issued instructions in this regard to all the administrative secretaries and heads of departments. The cost of landline phone will be reimbursed on the basis of actual expenditure as per the guidelines of the Finance Department.

Their honorarium was increased recently

It is worth mentioning that at the end of June, the Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu government of the state had increased the honorarium of multipurpose workers, water guards, para pump operators and parafitters. Under this, the honorarium of multipurpose workers was increased by Rs 500 and the honorarium of water guards, para pump operators and parafitters was increased by Rs 300. Now, water guards will be given Rs 5,600 instead of Rs 5300, para pump operators will be given Rs 6,600 instead of Rs 6300, para multipurpose workers will be given Rs 5,500 instead of Rs 5000 and parafitters will be given Rs 6,600 instead of Rs 6300.
