Lifetime edu scholarships for five ‘daughters of Haryana’
In a bid to promote girls’ education, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, in collaboration with M3M Foundation has announced lifetime scholarships under the foundation’s flagship ‘SAAKSHAR’ initiative for five exceptionally talented daughters from Kurukshetra—including one bright scholar from his own Ladwa constituency—marking a heartening step toward the empowerment of girls through education.
CM Saini during his meeting with the five daughters of Haryana said, “Education is the most powerful investment we can make for our daughters. I am proud to support the initiative by the foundation and ensure these bright daughters of Haryana never have to pause to realise their dreams due to financial constraints. This is not just a scholarship—it’s a promise for their future”.
The five deserving beneficiaries of the SAAKSHAR lifetime scholarship include Shagun, the Class X topper from GSSS, Gudha, who scored an outstanding 96.6% (483/500), and Harman Kaur, the second topper from GGSSS, Ladwa, with an impressive 95.6% (478/500). From Class XII, Palak Chahal of GSSS, Bani, emerged as the topper with 93.2% (466/500), followed closely by Rajni from GSSS, Gudha, who secured 92.6% (463/500). The fifth beneficiary, Luxmi, is a bright young student of Class I, hails from a poor family and studies at Kids Planet School in Kurukshetra. Each of these girls has demonstrated exceptional promise and will now receive uninterrupted educational support under M3M Foundation’s SAAKSHAR initiative.
Dr Payal Kanodia, chairperson and Trustee, M3M Foundation, expressed her gratitude and commitment “We are deeply honoured by the support of CM Saini. Through ‘SAAKSHAR’, we aim to nurture talent, break barriers and ensure that no girl child is left behind. The five daughters are symbols of determination, and we are proud to walk with them on their educational journey for life.”
The ceremony, held at the CM House in Kurukshetra was also graced by the presence of Kailash Saini, in-charge of the Chief Minister’s Office, as part of the special award event.
