Redcliffe Labs reports 20% growth with Rs 419 crore revenue in FY25

New Delhi: Redcliffe Labs, India’s fastest-growing omnichannel diagnostics service provider, has announced an  impressive growth in FY25, recording a revenue of Rs 419 crore, a 20% increase from Rs 350 crore in FY24.
While this marks a key financial milestone, the company’s primary focus continues to be on  expanding access to quality diagnostics across underserved regions. With over 70% of its diagnostic volumes now coming from Tier 2 cities and beyond, Redcliffe Labs is driving a meaningful shift in  India’s healthcare delivery, from metro-centric access to a broader, more inclusive reach across  Bharat.
Redcliffe Labs has rapidly grown its footprint to over 80 labs and established India’s widest home  sample collection network. The company has enabled diagnostic access for over 2.5 million patients  in FY25 alone, most of them from cities and towns that have long been underserved. In cities like  Prayagraj, Amritsar, Jamshedpur, Raipur, Shimla, Moradabad, and Dibrugarh, Redcliffe Labs has  enabled timely access to essential testing, significantly reducing dependency on distant urban  centers.
Additionally, more than 1.8 million samples were processed from Tier 2 and smaller cities in FY25,  and the customer base in these regions grew by 27%, highlighting the rising demand for and  confidence in Redcliffe’s services. With diagnostics becoming a first-line healthcare response in  these areas, the company is playing a central role in advancing early detection and preventive care.
Redcliffe Lab’s performance has been driven by a strong combination of clinical capability,  operational discipline, and a data-first approach. The company achieved a gross margin of over 70%  in FY25 and is targeting 75% in FY26. EBITDA losses were reduced from -38% to -21% over the same  period, with the business on track to become EBITDA-positive every quarter by the second half of  FY26. A revenue forecast of INR 560 crore has been set for FY26, supported by both organic growth  and strategic acquisitions.
In line with the growth momentum, Redcliffe Labs looks forward to serving more than 150 cities and  is on track to cross 100 labs and reach 220+ cities by the end of FY26.
Aditya Kandoi, Founder and CEO, Redcliffe Labs said, “Our vision has always been to democratize  access to quality healthcare. By building India’s widest home collection network and focusing on Tier  2 and beyond, we are not just growing as a business. We are transforming lives and making  diagnostics a first-line solution for millions who were previously underserved. The future is about  deepening this impact further. Looking ahead, we aim to reach over 300 cities with 150 labs by FY28. The true measure of our success is the trust we have built in the heart of Bharat, and we remain  committed to bridging healthcare gaps with innovation, discipline, and compassion.”
Redcliffe Labs continues to prioritize affordability, awareness, and accessibility as core pillars of its  strategy. With a team of over 2,500 professionals, investments in technology, training, and logistics, and a strong mission to enable early diagnosis, Redcliffe Labs is steadily strengthening India’s  diagnostic sector. As the company scales further, it remains focused on building a more inclusive and  connected healthcare ecosystem, ensuring that quality diagnostics are available at every doorstep.
