Invest ₹21,000 To Earn ₹1.25 Lakh Daily? Viral Scheme Exposed, PIB Calls It Fake

New Delhi: A viral video on social media is claiming that people can earn up to Rs 1.25 lakh every day by investing just Rs 21,000. The video even uses a voice that sounds like Prime Minister Narendra Modi, making it appear as if he launched this scheme.

Is the Scheme Real? Here's the Truth

The claim has caught attention online, with many people curious about whether it is real or fake. To clarify the truth, the Press Information Bureau (PIB)—the official government fact-checking agency—investigated the viral video.

PIB Declares the Video Fake

PIB posted on its official social media handle ‘X’ (formerly Twitter), saying that the viral video is completely fake.

According to PIB, the video was created using AI (Artificial Intelligence) and deepfake technology, making it look and sound like the Prime Minister is promoting the scheme—but he is not.

No Such Scheme Launched by PM Modi

PIB clearly stated that the government has not launched any investment plan where you can earn Rs 1.25 lakh daily by investing Rs 21,000.

In its post, PIB warned:

“The viral video showing PM Modi talking about an investment plan that offers Rs 1.25 lakh daily is completely false. It has been made using AI technology.”

Public Warning Against Fake Information

PIB has also urged people not to trust such fake videos or forward them to others. They asked citizens to verify facts through official sources before believing or investing in any such schemes.

There is no government-backed investment scheme offering massive daily returns like the one shown in the video. It is fake and misleading, and people should stay alert to avoid scams.
