Changur Baba’s Dark Empire Exposed: ATS Interrogation Begins in Religious Conversion Case
ATS interrogation of Jalaluddin alias Changur Baba and his close aide Neetu alias Nasrin has begun today after both were remanded to police custody in a high-profile illegal religious conversion case in Uttar Pradesh. Changur is accused of orchestrating mass conversions through a vast network spanning multiple districts, primarily targeting vulnerable Hindu communities.Over the past week, a major crackdown has been underway. A lavish ₹3-crore mansion in Balrampur built with alleged foreign funding has been bulldozed for being illegally constructed. Hidden rooms, luxury items, a mini-powerhouse, and foreign-bred German Shepherd dogs were found on the property. The mansion had 24/7 surveillance, electric fencing, and even underground planning for mass religious indoctrination.ATS sources say Changur used monetary lures to convert hundreds of individuals, particularly women, offering between ₹8–16 lakh depending on caste. He allegedly planned to build a madrasa near the Nepal border and had already bought land there. Police have identified around 10 more associates, traced eight bank accounts under Nasrin’s name and five under Changur’s, and are probing foreign transactions.ATS aims to uncover the full extent of his international funding and local collaborators. Investigations continue across Balrampur and border areas to dismantle this deep-rooted conversion racket.
