Amazon has found its 'own way’ to cool down Nvidia’s AI graphics cards

Amazon's cloud division, AWS, has engineered its own cooling hardware for Nvidia's next-gen AI GPUs, overcoming limitations of existing solutions. The In-Row Heat Exchanger (IRHX) integrates into current and future data centers, supporting high-density architectures like the GB200 NVL72. This innovation enables AWS customers to access updated infrastructure through new P6e computing instances, enhancing AI model training and deployment capabilities.
