Nepal-China Border Hit By Devastating Floods; Rescue Operations In Full Swing

A recent flash flood along the Nepal-China border has caused widespread devastation, disrupting lives and leaving behind a trail of destruction two days after the disaster struck. Originating from Tibet's Lhende River, the deluge swept through the region, burying vehicles under debris and washing away major roadways. At least nine people have been confirmed dead, while 19 remain missing. As the crisis enters its third day, the Rasuwagadhi-Timure stretch remains completely cut off from the outside world.
