As soon as you write Hi, Hello or Namaste, a message of Namaste, Welcome to Rail Madad will come. Reserved ticket holders will be able to register a complaint by entering the PNR number.
Complaints of unreserved ticket holders will also be registered. They will have to enter the UTS number given in the general ticket for the complaint. As soon as the number is entered, it will be asked whether the user wants to complain about the service available at the station or there is a problem during the journey in the train.
