Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Registration: The Agniveer Vayu Intake 02/2026 registration window has been officially opened by the Indian Air Force as part of the Agnipath program. From July 11 to July 31, 2025, prospective applicants can now apply online at agnipathvayu.cdac.in. Young Indian men and women can join the Air Force for a four-year term through this recruitment drive, with the possibility of being absorbed into regular service based on performance.

Indian Air Force Agniveer Vayu Registration: Eligibility criteria

1. Age Requirements

  • Candidates must be between 17.5 and 21 years of age at the time of enrolment.

  • Date of birth must fall between July 2, 2005, and January 3, 2009 (inclusive).

2. Educational Requirements

For Science Stream:

10+2 with English, Physics, and Mathematics with:

  • Minimum 50% aggregate marks, and

  • Minimum 50% in English.

OR

3-year Engineering Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/Information Technology) with:

  • Minimum 50% overall, and

  • 50% in English (in diploma or in Class 10/12 if English is not part of diploma curriculum).

For Non-Science Stream:

  • 10+2 with minimum 50% marks in English and 50% overall in any stream.

OR

2-year Vocational Course with:

  • Minimum 50% overall, and

  • 50% in English (in vocational course or in Class 10/12 if English is not part of course).

3. Physical Standards

  • Minimum height: 152.5 cm

  • Weight and chest: Proportionate to height and age

  • Vision and hearing: Must meet Indian Air Force medical standards
