MCC releases NEET UG 2025 counselling schedule, know when to register and do choice locking here?

NEET UG counselling schedule has been released by NTA. The registration process will start from July 21. Candidates should note the date of choice locking, seat allotment and result. Let’s know how to download it?

The Medical Counseling Committee has released the schedule of NEET UG counseling. Candidates can download the schedule by visiting the official website. The counseling process consists of three rounds and one stray vacancy round. Based on the score and rank obtained in NEET UG, candidates will be allotted admission seats in various medical institutions for MBBS, BSc Nursing, BDS and other courses.

The MCC has directed all institutions and colleges to continue working even on Saturdays, Sundays and Gazette Holidays. The academic session will begin from September 1. Candidates have been advised to do the counseling related work on time. Verification of the expected seat matrix of the participating institutions and MMC for the first round will be done between July 18 and 19. The registration process will start from July 21. Candidates can apply till July 28.

Important dates for Round-1 (NEET UG 2025 Counselling)

Choice locking for Round-1 will continue from July 22 to July 28. The seat allotment process will run for two days from July 29 to July 30. The results will be declared on July 31. Students will be given time from August 1 to August 6 to report to the college. Verification of documents by the institutions will be done between August 7 and 8. Schedule of Round-2 and 3

The registration process for Round 2 will continue from August 12 to August 18. Choice filling process will run from August 13 to 18. Seat allocation will be done from August 19 to 20. Results will be declared on August 21. Candidates will have to report to the institutes between August 22 to 29. Document verification will continue till September 1.

Registration and fee payment process for Round-3 will continue from September 3 to September 8. Seat allocation results will be released on September 11. Document verification will continue till September 21.

The registration process for the stray vacancy round will be from September 22 to September 24. Seat allocation process will run from September 25 and 26, results will be declared on September 27. Candidates will have to report to the college from 27 to October 3.
