'Escalate case to ethics panel'

BRS MLC K Kavitha has lodged a formal complaint with Telangana Legislative Council Chairman Gutha Sukhender Reddy, urging him to refer the matter to the Committee on Ethics. Kavitha expressed deep shock over certain comments made by Mallanna, emphasizing her role as a public representative and advocate for the Backward Classes (BCs).
