SBI PO 2025 Application: The State Bank of India (SBI) is closing its online application process for its probationary officer positions today, July 14. Candidates who meet the requirements can apply for SBI PO recruitment 2025 by visiting sbi.co.in.

SBI is holding this recruitment drive to fill 541 probationary officer positions, 500 of which are regular positions and 41 of which are backlog positions.

SBI PO 2025 Application: Important dates

  • Prelims Admit Card Release: 3rd or 4th week of July 2025

  • Preliminary Exam Date: July/August 2025

  • Prelims Result Declaration: August/September 2025

  • Mains Admit Card Release: August/September 2025

  • Mains Exam Date: September 2025

  • Mains Result Declaration: September/October 2025

  • Psychometric Test, Interview & Group Exercises: October/November 2025

  • Final Result Declaration: November/December 2025

SBI PO 2025 Application: Eligibilty criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.

  • Candidates in the final year/semester of graduation can apply provisionally, but they must provide proof of passing the degree exam on or before September 30, 2025.

  • Those pursuing a dual degree programme must also produce final exam proof by September 30, 2025.

Other Qualifications:

  • Candidates with degrees such as Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, etc., are also eligible to apply.

Age Limit (as on April 1, 2025):

  • Minimum Age: 21 years

  • Maximum Age: 30 years

  • Unreserved / EWS / OBC candidates: ₹750

  • SC / ST / PwBD candidates: No application fee (Exempted)
