NEET UG 2025 counseling schedule released, know dates and required documents here

NEET UG 2025: MCC has released the NEET UG 2025 counseling schedule. The counseling process will start from July 21. Candidates can register online by visiting mcc.nic.in. Through MCC counseling, admission will be given to MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental colleges of states across the country.

NEET UG 2025: Medical Counseling Committee (MCC) has shared a big update regarding admission in NEET UG counseling. The Medical Counseling Committee has released the schedule of NEET UG counseling for admission to undergraduate medical courses. The counseling process of NEET UG will start from 21st July 2025. Students who have passed the NEET UG 2025 exam will be able to apply online by visiting the official website mcc.nic.in.

The schedule released by MCC contains all the important dates for registration, choice filling, seat allotment, result release and reporting to the college. Candidates are advised to read the schedule released by MCC carefully.

When will the counseling start

The first round of NEET UG 2025 counseling will be held from July 21 to 28. During this, registration, fee payment and college options will have to be filled. The last date for fee submission is July 28 at 3 pm and the choice locking time is from 4 pm to 11:55 pm on the same day. Seat allotment will be done on July 29-30 and the result will come on July 31. Selected candidates will have to report to the college from August 1 to 6 and document verification will be done on August 7-8.

Admission will be done in medical colleges across the country

Only candidates who pass NEET UG 2025 can participate in the counseling process. Through MCC counseling, admission will be given to MBBS and BDS seats in medical and dental colleges of states across the country. This also includes seats of AIIMS, JIPMER, BHU, AMU, ESIC and other central and deemed universities.

This advice given to students appearing in counseling

To participate in NEET UG 2025 counseling, candidates will have to register, upload documents, deposit fees and lock called options on time on the MCC website. If the deadline is not met, they may be out of that round. MCC has also clarified that all Saturdays, Sundays and government holidays will also be considered as working days, so that there is no delay. The schedule for the next stages of counseling will also be released soon, so candidates are advised to keep checking updates regularly on mcc.nic.in.
