10 Delhi schools receive bomb threats in three days via email

Around 5 Schools in Delhi received bomb threats on Wednesday via email.
St Thomas School in Dwarka, Vasant Valley School in Vasant Kunj, Mother's International School in Hauz Khas, Richmond Global School in Paschim Vihar, and Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodi Estate all received the mail early morning.
Just in the last three days alone, 10 schools and one college received such bomb threats in Delhi.
St Thomas School in Dwarka is receiving threats for the second time since Tuesday.
After the schools alerted the authorities, personnel from PS Maurice Nagar, the North District Crime and Criminal Psychology Section (CCPS), Bomb Disposal Team (BDT), and Dog Squad were dispatched.
The Delhi police made a statement that said, “St. Thomas School in Dwarka, Vasant Valley School in Vasant Kunj, Mother's International School in Hauz Khas, Richmond Global School in Paschim Vihar, and Sardar Patel Vidyalaya, Lodi Estate, received bomb threats via email this morning. Around 10 schools and one college received such bomb threats in the last three days." The police have declared that the messages were a hoax. The emails claimed that explosive devices and substances had been planted on the school campus.
According to the fire department, nothing suspicious has been found so far.
According to officials, the schools received the threats in the morning. The school in Dwarka received the threat at 5:26 am. The last school to receive the threat was in Huas Khas at 8:12 am.
St Joseph School in Dwarka and St Stephen's College received the threats on Tuesday, according to ANI. The college reported that they received the threat via email at approximately 7:15 am. No other college reported similar threats.
On Monday, Police stated that the Navy School in Chanakyapuri received threats that contained anti-Tamil Nadu messages in the mail.
The cyber unit is currently investigating the origin and authenticity of the emails.
