The incident took place in Hattwa village under Prakash Bamhauri police station area of Chhatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh.
According to information, the children, Lakshmi (10), Tanu (8), and Lokendra (4) had returned home from school and later went to play near a mango tree by the side of a water-filled field.
