It will be known when this housing will be auctioned. According to the information received, the Delhi Development Authority is set to launch the Premium Housing Scheme 2025 in early August.

This auction will be held through e-auction at the beginning of next month. That is, you can participate in the online auction. The successful bidder can be selected by lottery.

Where are the flats in Delhi

This premium housing scheme includes 39 HIG flats in Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B) and Dwarka (Sector 19B), 48 MIG flats in Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka and Pitampura and 22 LIG flats in Rohini. The authority said that in addition, 66 EHS category flats will also be offered in Pocket 9, Nasirpur Dwarka and two SFS category-II flats in Sector 18, Rohini and Shalimar Bagh. The scheme also includes 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar, providing a wide choice for both housing and parking in some of the most prominent areas of Delhi.

How much will the flat cost

The price of the flats will vary in different categories. For example, the reserve price of HIG flats ranges from Rs 1.6 crore to Rs 2.5 crore. MIG flats are priced between Rs 60 lakh and Rs 1.5 crore. LIG flats have a reserve price of Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh. SFS category-II flats are expected to be priced between Rs 90 lakh and Rs 1 crore, while EHS flats will cost Rs 38.7 lakh. Reserve prices for car and scooter garages range between Rs 3.1 lakh and Rs 43 lakh, depending on the type and location. Prices may increase depending on e-auction bids. The DDA is already working on the ‘Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025’, under which a total of 7,500 flats are made available at a discount of 25% on LIG flats and 15% on EWS, MIG and HIG categories. The scheme was launched on May 27 and till June 28, the authority managed to sell over 850 flats, of which 630 flats were sold in Narela alone.
