Chain snatching attempt at gunpoint in Cuttack; woman critical after falling from bike

A woman, Soubhagya Ranjani Pradhan, was critically injured after two bike-borne attackers attempted to snatch her gold chain at gunpoint in Cuttack's Chhatra Bazaar. One attacker was caught by locals, while the other fled. They severely beat him before handing him over to the local police.
