'Hope We Didn't Do Something Bad': Video Shows Coldplay's Chris Martin's Apologetic Reaction After Astronomer CEO's Affair With HR Gets Exposed On Kiss Cam

Coldplay unknowingly exposed the affair of Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the HR chief of his company, Kristin Cabot, during their concert in Boston, and a video showing their scandalous reaction is now splashed all over the internet. And now, another video has surfaced in which Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin can be seen innocently asking if he had landed the couple in trouble.

After Byron and Cabot appeared on the jumbotron, or the 'kiss cam', at the Coldplay concert, they turned from being romantic to mortified within seconds, and were seen hiding their faces, but it was too late. Martin was heard playfully quipping, "Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy."

However, he soon realised that the matter was not as simple as it seemed, and he was seen asking if he caused them trouble. "Oh shit! I hope we didn't do something bad," the singer can be heard saying in a new video.

The video of Byron standing with his arms wrapped tightly around Cabot and swaying to Coldplay's songs spread on the internet like wildfire, and netizens found themselves fully invested in the drama.

It also sparked a memefest online with netizens pointing out the couple's exaggerated reactions.

Neither Byron nor Cabot have publicly issued a statement on the entire fiasco. However, people are now digging up their lives, and turns out that Byron's wife has dropped his surname on social media and has also deactivated her Facebook account.

Byron's wife, Megan Kerrigan, is an educator, and has two children with the Astronomer CEO.
