CT Group hosts 8th multi-track conference in Kuala Lumpur

CT Institute of Engineering, Management and Technology and CT University, Ludhiana, in collaboration with City University, Ajman, and GlobalNxt University, Malaysia, organised the 8th edition of the International Multi-Track Conference on Sciences, Engineering, Management and Technical Innovation (IMSEMTI 2025) in Kuala Lumpur.

The conference brought together scholars, academicians, researchers, and industry experts from around the world to share ideas, research, and innovations across various fields. Conducted in a hybrid format—both online from India and offline in Kuala Lumpur—the event attracted a large number of participants from Indian institutions such as DAV University, Chitkara University, and the University of Mumbai, as well as researchers from Brazil and other Asian countries.

A total of 58 research papers were presented, with 26 delivered in person and 32 virtually. The conference featured distinguished keynote speakers and session chairs, including Prof. Dr. Chinmoy Sahu, Vice-Chancellor of GlobalNxt University, Malaysia; Dr. Dalwinder Kaur, Assistant Professor at GlobalNxt University; Prof. Dr. Faridah Hj Hassan of Universiti Teknologi MARA, Malaysia; Prof. Ts. Dr. Chockalingam Aravind Vaithilingam from Taylor’s University, Malaysia; Dr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director of CT Group; Gaurav Khanna, Managing Director of Prevoyance; and Mayank Jain, Managing Director of Railtech Technologies.

Two research papers were honored with Best Paper Awards. Dr. Punit Puri and his team were recognized for their study on “Cost-effective production of cordycepin-enriched mycelia for pharmaceutical applications,” while Dr. Pratima Sharma, Head and Assistant Professor at DAV University, received the award for her research on the “Effect of smartphone usage on sleep hygiene among youngsters.”

Over the past eight years, CT Group has consistently promoted global research collaboration by organising international conferences in major hubs such as Dubai, Vietnam, Azerbaijan, and Malaysia.
