Did Jagdeep Dhankhar's resignation have anything to do with Justice Varma's impeachment row?

Jagdeep Dhankhar's resignation came as a surprise to many and triggered speculation on the reason behind his abrupt exit.
Citing 'health reasons' for his resignation, the exit has many discussing whether there was more to it than to 'priortise health'. The usual compliments showered when an occupant of a high office exits were missing, hinting that the government might have been relieved to let him go.
A News18 report quoted top government sources that his resignation may have been the aftermath of him considering the Opposition’s resolution on the impeachment of former Delhi High Court judge Justice Yashwant Varma, over charges of corruption.
Dhankhar had informed the House on Monday that he had received a notice for a motion to remove Justice Yashwant Varma, who is involved in a suspected corruption case, from 63 opposition MPs.
Political observers say the notice went against the government's plan to marshal a bipartisan motion for Justice Varma's removal in the Lok Sabha and not in the Upper House. This made it more embarrassing for the ruling government because it was an entirely opposition-sponsored exercise.
According to sources, the government had planned to introduce an impeachment motion against Justice Varma in both Houses. However, they were caught off guard when Dhankhar unexpectedly brought up and acknowledged the Opposition’s resolution, News18 reported.
In a post on X(formerly Twitter), Congress leader and Rajya Sabha MP Jairam Ramesh speculated that something serious occurred between 1 PM and 4.30 PM, which prompted Nadda and Rijiju to skip the BAC 'deliberately'. This naturally did not go well with Dhankhar, he claimed.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister Narendra Modi wished former vice president Jagdeep Dhankhar good health as he resigned from the post on Monday. "Shri Jagdeep Dhankhar Ji has got many opportunities to serve our country in various capacities, including as the Vice President of India. Wishing him good health," mentioned the tweet by PM Modi after the Union home ministry notified the Parliament about his resignation.
