Telangana HC dismisses plea against sand quarry allocation in Mulugu district

The Telangana High Court has rejected a petition by Pagididha Raju Sammakka Sarakkka Sand Quarry LCCS Ltd., which contested the allocation of sand quarry areas in Wadagudem village. Justice K. Lakshman dismissed the claims, upholding the District Collector's order that allocated quarries to Nalla Pochamma Thalli Girijana Isuka Quarry Labour Contractor Society.
