Khaira barred from making remarks against OSD to CM

A local court has restrained Congress leader Sukhpal Khaira from making defamatory statements against Rajbir Singh Ghumman, OSD to CM Bhagwant Mann, till further orders of the court.

The court passed the order in a defamation case filed by Rajbir Singh on Thursday. The court has also issued a notice to Khaira for August 11. Rajbir informed the court that Khaira had made baseless allegations against him. He accused him of deliberately making unfounded claims of corruption with the intent to tarnish his image.
