Diet soda may raise Type 2 diabetes risk by 38%: Study warns
A new Australian study reveals a link between diet soda consumption and increased type 2 diabetes risk. Researchers observed over 36,000 individuals for 14 years. They found that daily diet soda intake could raise diabetes risk by 38 percent. This is higher than the risk associated with sugary drinks.
