UP horror: Man posing as seer rapes 16-year-old in Haridwar; accused arrested

In Haridwar, police arrested Deepak Saini, also known as Trikaldarshi, who was posing as a seer, for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl. Saini lured the minor under the guise of spiritual guidance and committed the assault last month.
