Litmus7, a global leader in retail technology, will kick-start its 16th anniversary celebrations with two major milestones: the launch of LQ 130.7, a pioneering global community platform, and the opening of its second state-of-the-art 75,000 sq ft new workspace in Kochi, Kerala.
LQ 130.7: A global community to reimagine retail and technology
Litmus7 is all set to unveil LQ 130.7, a first-of-its-kind global community designed to bring together engineers, designers, thinkers, and futurists across industries under one platform. The initiative aims to spark innovation, foster collaboration, and advance thought leadership in the retail and technology space.
The national chapter of LQ 130.7 will be launched in Kochi, Kerala, at Infopark Square on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 6pm. The event will conclude with a live musical performance by renowned artistes Anju Joseph, Siddharth Menon, and Sonu Sebastian.
Says Venu Gopalakrishnan, Founder & CEO of Litmus7: “LQ 130.7 is more than an initiative — it’s a movement. A convergence of brilliant minds driven to reimagine retail through intelligence, empathy, and bold innovation. This chapter is our invitation to the future.”
The platform will host curated discussions, prototype labs, think tanks, and more — all focused on envisioning the future of intelligent commerce. Aji Varghese of Litmus7 adds, “In an era where change is the only constant, LQ 130.7 creates a space for continuous questioning, exploration, and breakthrough thinking. It’s where visionaries meet to engineer what’s next in retail.”
Expanding in Kochi: A new hub for innovation
Simultaneously, in a bold move forward, Litmus7 is also opening its second facility in Kochi, on the 15th floor of Lulu Cyber Tower 2, Infopark, signalling its deepened commitment to the Indian tech landscape. The cutting-edge facility is designed as a high-performance hub for innovation, collaboration, and talent development. It reflects Litmus7’s dedication to nurturing talent, accelerating innovation, and expanding its footprint in India’s booming tech ecosystem.
Since its inception in 2009, Litmus7 has grown from a niche tech firm to a global name in cognitive retail transformation, known for pioneering human-centric AI solutions, neural intelligence, and advanced retail ecosystems. “Litmus7 has crossed Rs 48 crore mark in FY2024-25 and with the new facilities in place, is expected to achieve a revenue of 65 million USD in the current year,” Gopalakrishnan said. “Currently, we employ 900 professionals worldwide and target to increase the number to 3000 by 2028, with most of the recruitment to the new Kochi facility”. The completion of 16 years will be marked by thought leadership sessions, the official LQ 130.7 launch, and a grand musical extravaganza, symbolising the company’s deep integration of innovation and culture.
