Smart carbs for women in 40s: Harvard-led study reveals key to healthy aging
The Harvard led study followed over 47,000 women for more than 30 years and examined how diet impacts aging. The study found women who had high-quality carbs in their diet were found to age more healthfully than women who consumed more low-quality carbs. Carbs rich in fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants support heart-health, maintain cognitive function and stabilize blood sugar.
