HURL Empowers Youth through Skill Development under Project SAKSHAM
A Certificate Distribution and Job Placement Ceremony was held on October 8, 2025, at CIPET, Varanasi, celebrating the successful completion of a six-month free Skill Development Training Programme in Machine Operator–Plastic Processing (MO-PP) and Machine Operator–Injection Moulding (MOPP).
Conducted under HURL’s CSR initiative in collaboration with CIPET, the training formed part of Project SAKSHAM—HURL’s flagship programme dedicated to creating industry-ready youth and fostering sustainable livelihoods.
A key highlight of the initiative was the successful placement of 75 trainees with leading plastic processing companies across India, reflecting the programme’s strong alignment with industry needs and its real-world employment impact.
The ceremony was graced by the Vice President (HR), HURL, along with senior officials from HURL and CIPET, who motivated the graduating trainees to pursue excellence as they entered the professional arena.
Through such initiatives, HURL continues to strengthen its commitment to community empowerment and contribute meaningfully to the vision of a self-reliant India.
