CJ Orders Major Promotions In High Court Secretariat; 19 Officers Elevated

JAMMU, Oct 10: In a major administrative reshuffle, the High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has promoted 19 officers in the Secretary cadre following approval from the Chief Justice.
As per the order by the Registrar General, Syed Tasaduq Hussain Qadri, Anil Kumar Raina, and Syed Mujtaba Hussain have been promoted as Registrars against newly created and vacancy-based posts. Ved Parkash, Sarveeda Nissar, Nuzhat Parveen, and Anil Sanhotra have been elevated as Additional Registrars-cum-Secretaries.
Syed Ayaz Hussain, Qazi Amjad Yousuf, Narinder Kumar, Ghulam Nabi Malik, Karam Chand, and Amjad Ahmad Lone have been promoted as Joint Registrars-cum-Secretaries. Vinod Kumar, Paramjit Singh, and Sunita Koul have been elevated to the post of Secretary, while Javid Iqbal, Arif Hameed, and Imtiyaz-ul-Gani have been promoted as Private Secretaries.
The order states that all promotions will be treated as notional with effect from the respective dates mentioned, while monetary benefits will accrue from the date of issuance. The promoted officers will continue at their current postings until further directions.
