SIR kicks off in Kerala; BLOs to be trained in 3 days, help desks in all districts

Chief Electoral Officer directed all District Election Officers (DEOs) to establish Help Desks within 24 hours to guide the public on enrolment, corrections, deletions, and transpositions in the voter list.
