Bihar elections: Election commission shake-up in Patna after Dularchand's murder

The Election Commission ordered a reshuffle in Patna's administration following the killing of gangster-turned-politician Dularchand Yadav. SP (rural) Vikram Sihag was transferred, and three key officers in Barh sub-division were replaced. Two SHOs were also suspended for failing to prevent violence.
