In Hyderabad, a shocking incident has come to light, and the authorities have cracked the case. The Telangana Excise Special Task Force (STF) conducted a raid at the rented apartment of a doctor living in Hyderabad. The postgraduate doctor’s name is John Paul, who resides in Musheerabad of Hyderabad. The investigation led to the seizure of narcotic substances from the doctor’s residence. In addition, John’s association with three individuals who used to source the drugs from metropolitan cities like Delhi and Bangalore has also come to light.
What’s the case?
The postgraduate doctor in Musheerabad lived in a rented apartment and had a severe drug habit. This prompted him to provide his rented house as a storage unit for drugs in large amounts so that he could use the narcotics for free. John’s three associates in the case, Pramod, Sandeep, and Sharath, were a part of the drug trafficking network. They would source the drugs from Delhi and Bengaluru to Paul’s Hyderabad residence.
What has the investigation revealed?
The Special Task Force (STF) investigated the matter thoroughly. The team conducted a raid at his rented place. It led to the capturing of six types of high-cost narcotic substances that cost almost Rs. 3 lakh. This has resulted in the arrest of John Paul. However, the other three individuals involved in the matter, Pramod, Sandeep, and Sharath, had already escaped. The force stated that the postgraduate doctor’s house was a major distribution point for drugs, not just a storage location.
