IIFL inaugurates its 5th branch in Jammu at Sainik Colony

JAMMU, Nov 14: India Infoline Finance Limited (IIFL), one of India’s leading financial services companies, today inaugurated its fifth new branch in Jammu, further strengthening its expansion across the Union Territory under the RBI-approved plan to open 10 new branches in J&K.
The Branch was inaugurated at Ground Floor CS-273, Bypass Highway Road, near PNB and adjoining Nissan Showroom, Sainik Colony, Jammu, in the presence of Vikram Randhawa, MLA Jammu (Bahu Constituency), who graced the event as chief guest, and Keshav Chopra, chairman of Samvedna Society, as guest of honour.
The ceremony was attended by Nasir Ahmed Choudhary, chairman of Sainik Colony Association; Kamal Randhawa, noted businessman; Arun Kumar Sharma, AGM (Territory Manager) IIFL Finance J&K; Kuldeep Manhas, landlord of the premises; and branch managers Vipul Mahajan (IIFL Sainik Colony Jammu), Pradeep Singh (IIFL Janipur Jammu), Rajeev Gupta (IIFL Talab Tillo Jammu), Deepak Sharma (IIFL Bahu Plaza Jammu), Koushal Sharma (IIFL Bari Brahmana Jammu) and Abhishek Gupta (IIFL Karan Market Jammu).
Speaking on the occasion, Arun Kumar Sharma said the company’s rapid expansion in J&K is aligned with the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi for a “Viksit Bharat,” as it aims to empower local communities through wider access to financial services. He added that the opening of the Sainik Colony branch marks an important step in strengthening IIFL’s outreach in the region.
IIFL Finance has also been active in Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives in Kashmir, with ongoing programs in Kupwara, Baramulla, Srinagar and other areas focusing on education, skill development, healthcare, livelihood generation and community empowerment.
The IIFL Foundation has collaborated with the Indian Army to train over 300 local youth in retail, hospitality, coding and beautician trades, creating job and entrepreneurship opportunities across India.
The inauguration of the new branch further highlights IIFL’s long-term commitment to inclusive financial and social development across Jammu & Kashmir.
