'Beast Games' season 2 coming soon: See release date, where to watch MrBeast's reality show

Amazon Prime Video on Thursday announced a release date for the second season of 'Beast Games', a popular reality show by YouTuber Jimmy Donaldson, better known to his 451 million subscribers as MrBeast.
"Season 2 of Beast Games will feature 100 of the planet’s strongest competitors and 100 of the world’s smartest minds in a “Strong vs. Smart” battle for an eye-watering $5 million prize," the streaming service said.
The first three episodes of the new season will be available from January 7 itself, after which the following episodes will be released weekly, leading up to the season finale on February 25.
The record-breaking game show, which became the streaming platform's "most-watched unscripted show ever", garnered 50 million views within a month of its release.
Notably, 'Beast Games' became so successful that Amazon Prime Video even greenlit the show for two seasons back in May this year.
What is 'Beast Games'?
'Beast Games' is a large-scale competition show created by MrBeast, where hundreds of people compete in a variety of games to get a chance at a cash prize in an arena called the 'Beast City'.
In its first season, 1,000 players competed for a prize that ultimately grew to $10 million, bagged by Jeffrey Randall Allen from Ohio. His final task was to guess which briefcase contained the $10 million prize, which he managed to get right in the first round.
However, Allen reportedly did not receive the full prize, as a lot of it was lost to taxes.
MrBeast will return as the show's host and executive producer this season, with Matt Apps and co-creator Sean Klitzner serving as showrunners. Apps and Klitzner will also be executive producers alongside Michael Cruz, Jeff Housenbold, series director Tyler Conklin, Michael Miller, Josh Kulic, and Chris Keiper.
