Axis Bank plans to raise ₹5,000 crore via non-convertible debentures as part of a ₹35,000 crore fundraising initiative. The bank stated that the issuance will include a base of ₹2,000 crore, with a green shoe option to retain oversubscription of ₹3,000 crore.
