Court case between Reliance Communications, Ericsson returns after 6 years

After six years, a battle between bankrupt telecom company Reliance Communications and telecom equipment vendor Ericsson returned. An insolvency court is slated to hear the demand for a refund of ₹550 crore that RCom and its two subsidiaries paid in 2019 to the Swedish company Ericsson.
