It's Simpsons, Again! Viral Scene From Animated Show 'Predicts' India's THIS Response To Pahalgam Terror Attack (Video)

A clip from the popular animated show The Simpsons is going viral for supposedly predicting India’s response to the recent terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where 26 tourists were brutally killed.

After the attack, the Indian government took strong steps — including cancelling the Indus Waters Treaty and invalidating certain visas of Pakistani citizens in India. But what caught the internet's attention was a scene from The Simpsons that appears to show India launching a nuclear strike on Pakistan.

All you need to know

The clip, widely shared on X (formerly Twitter), comes from Bart to the Future, Season 11, Episode 13, which aired on March 19, 2000.

Well, that's 25 years ahead in time to predict something for the present time.

In the scene, Krusty the Clown cracks a controversial joke. He begins, "What is the difference between Pakistan and a pancake? I don’t know any pancakes that were nuked by India!". He then follows up, saying, “What? Too soon?”

One X user shared the clip saying, “Simpsons predicted India nuking Pakistan, FYI.” Another wrote, “Simpsons has been known for its accurate future predictions.”

However, it is unclear whether the video is real, edited, or generated using AI. Especially the audio's originality is debatable.

Pahalgam attack update

In recent reports, Pakistan mentioned about receiving credible intelligence about strike within the next 24-36 hours.

PM Shehbaz Sharif rejected accusations on Pakistan and called it "baseless”.

The United Nations addressed the matter by condemning the terror attack and asking the two countries de-escalate tensions.
