Kia India Sees Significant Growth in April 2025 Sales
Kia India reported a total of 23,623 units sold in the domestic market for April 2025, reflecting an 18.3% year-on-year (Y-o-Y) increase from 19,968 units in April 2024. The Sonet led sales with 8,068 units, followed by the Seltos at 6,135 units. The Carens also performed well with 5,259 units sold, while the newly launched Syros added 4,000 units to the total. The premium MPV, Carnival Limousine, contributed 161 units to the overall sales.
In the first quarter of 2025, following the launch of the Syros, Kia India achieved a 16.2% Y-o-Y growth compared to the same period in 2024. This growth highlights continued consumer interest in the brand’s offerings. The strong sales of the Sonet and the positive reception of the Syros are considered key factors in this performance.
Kia India is also preparing for the launch of its new product, ‘Clavis,’ which is set to be unveiled on May 8th, 2025. This new model is expected to cater to the evolving needs of customers and make an impact in its segment.
