Woodcutter held for waving axe at cop in Bilaspur

The police have taken a Kashmiri woodcutter into custody for allegedly brandishing an axe at a policeman when the latter asked him to get himself registered at Ghumarwin in Bilaspur district, officials said on Thursday.
