St Francis girls excel in ICSE Board exams

St Francis Senior Secondary School, Tarn Taran, has proved its academic excellence with outstanding results in both ICSE (Class X) and ISC (Class XII) Board examinations the results of which were declared recently. School principal Sister Jeena informed here today that a total of 147 students appeared in Standard X with 100 per cent pass rate. Ervanjeet Kaur stood first (96 per cent), Amantpreet Kaur bagged second position (95.8 per cent) and Ekaagerjot Khehra got the third rank with 95.6 per cent.

Sister Jeena added that in ISC Class XII from Medical stream, Navneet Kaur (96.75 per cent), Ishmanpreet Kaur (94 per cent) and KirandeepKaur (92.25 per cent) fetched the first, second and third positions, respectively.

From Non-medical, Anureet Kaur (98 per cent), Simranjit Kaur (90.75 per cent) and Dilshan Singh (87.75 per cent) got the first, second and third rank.

From Commerce, Manmeet Kaur (94.5 per cent), Jaismeen Kaur Sandhu (92.75 per cent) and Harmanpreet Kaur (91 per cent) were ranked first, second and third.

Among ISC students, Anureet Kaur, daughter of Navtej Singh from Non-medical, emerged as a district topper scoring 98 per cent.

Director of the school, Jose, appreciated the hard work of the students as well as the teachers who guided them.
