“The Chief Minister and Chief Secretary are constantly monitoring the pending complaints through the samadhan cell,” he stated while reviewing the complaints pending at the district level.
Dr Amit Agarwal, Additional Chief Secretary of Information, Public Relations and Language Department, reviewed the pending complaints of the district-wise samadhan camps and issued the necessary guidelines to the officials.
During the review meeting at Rohtak, Khadgata pointed out that 2,593 of the 2,594 complaints received at the office of Additional Deputy Commissioner Narendra Kumar were disposed of and the remaining one was also being resolved.
“All officials should follow the good work being done by the Additional Deputy Commissioner’s office and get the pending complaints settled,” he said.
Reviewing the pending complaints, the Deputy Commissioner directed the officials concerned of the Development and Panchayat Department to work seriously to regularise the 20-year-old 500 square-yard houses built on shamlat land in the rural areas.
He reviewed the pending complaints with the officials of all five blocks in the district.
Khadgata asserted that all officials should be present at the review meeting of the Samadhan Shivirs on Fridays and they should come with the original complaints of the pending cases pertaining to their department.
