Told not to honk, Thar driver drives over security guard in Delhi

The Delhi Police arrested 24-year-old Vijay alias Lale in a hit-and-run and attempt-to-murder case involving a security guard at Mahipalpur Flyover. The accused allegedly ran over the victim after an argument over honking. The victim sustained serious leg injuries. A Mahindra Thar, identified via CCTV, was seized, and the arrest was made within six hours of the incident.
